Who we are
Orizon is a cloud hosting and deployment platform operated from Nigeria. Our website is orzn.io and the product lives at dashboard.orizon.ng. This policy covers both, and applies whenever we say “Orizon”, “we” or “us”.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address, collected when you sign up. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (WorkOS); we do not store your password.
- Billing information. Payments are charged in Naira and processed by our payment processor. We keep records of your plan, invoices and payment status — we do not store your card details.
- Operational data. Deployment and build logs, resource usage and traffic metrics for the projects you run, used to operate the service and show you your own dashboards.
- Support communications. Messages you send us, so we can help you and improve the service.
- WhatsApp number (optional). Only if you opt in to WhatsApp notifications; you can unlink it at any time from the dashboard.
Your content is yours
The sites, databases, mailboxes, files and code you host on Orizon belong to you. We process this content solely to provide the service — building, running, backing up and serving your projects. We do not read, mine or sell your content, and we access it only when needed to operate the platform or when you ask us to (for example, during support).
We take daily backups of customer content so it can be restored if something goes wrong. When you delete a project or close your account, the associated content is removed from the running platform and ages out of backups on our standard retention cycle.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device. We do not use advertising trackers on this site or in the product.
Infrastructure and where data lives
Orizon runs on dedicated servers with content delivered through Cloudflare's global network. Customer content is hosted on infrastructure rooted in Nigeria, and plans that state a data residency option (such as Vault) can keep customer data in-country.
When we share information
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Orizon — identity (WorkOS), payments (our payment processor), and infrastructure and content delivery (Cloudflare) — and only what each needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Security
All traffic to and within Orizon is encrypted with TLS. Projects run isolated from one another, access to production systems is restricted, and customer content is backed up daily.
Your rights
You can access and update your account details in the dashboard, and you can ask us to export or delete your personal information at any time. Write to us at [email protected]and we'll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top. Continued use of Orizon after a change means you accept the updated policy.
