1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of Orizon — the hosting and deployment platform available at orzn.io and dashboard.orizon.ng. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Orizon on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything deployed under it. Keep your credentials secure, keep your contact email current, and let us know right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The service
Orizon provides hosting, deployment, managed databases, email mailboxes, domains and DNS, file management and related tools, as described on our site and in our docs. We are constantly improving the platform, and features may change over time. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; an uptime service level applies only on plans that expressly state one.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Orizon to host, send or distribute:
- Content that is illegal under Nigerian law or the law of the place it targets.
- Malware, exploits, or infrastructure for attacks (including phishing and credential harvesting).
- Spam or bulk unsolicited email, from mailboxes or from applications.
- Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Shared resources are subject to fair use: workloads that degrade the platform for other customers (such as crypto-mining on shared plans or sustained abuse of build infrastructure) may be throttled or suspended. Dedicated plans get the capacity their plan states.
5. Your content
Everything you host — sites, code, databases, mailboxes, files — remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service: to store, back up, build and serve your content. You are responsible for the content you host and for having the rights to host it.
6. Billing
Plans are billed in Naira through our payment processor, on the schedule you choose at checkout. Plan changes, renewals and any refunds work as described at checkout and on the pricing page. If payment fails, we'll notify you and may suspend service after a grace period.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — immediately in the case of serious acceptable-use violations, and with notice otherwise. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. On closure, your content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orizon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top. Continued use of Orizon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
