Multiple domains & redirects

A project can answer on as many domains as you like — with one canonical primary and the rest either serving the same app or redirecting to it.

Primary domain

Each project has a single primary domain — the canonical URL shown in the dashboard. Set or change it any time; Orizon updates routing and keeps TLS in place.

Alias domains

Add alias domains to serve the exact same app from additional hostnames. Each alias is a real serving domain with its own certificate — useful for vanity domains or multi-brand setups. Attaching an alias applies the DNS and routing live.

Redirect domains

A redirect domain doesn't serve content — it 301-redirects to your primary. This is how you funnel example.com to www.example.com (or the reverse), or consolidate old domains onto a new one, while keeping a single canonical URL for SEO.

Same DNS, different behaviourAlias and redirect domains both need DNS pointed at Orizon (an A record for an apex, a CNAME for a subdomain — see Connect a domain). The difference is whether Orizon serves the app on them or redirects to your primary.
